Broadcast messages from WhatsApp Web, one customer at a time
Pick customers by tag or import a list, personalize the message, and WAWin sends it to each person from your own WhatsApp Web, with a pause between recipients.
Add to ChromeChoose who receives it
Select customers by shared tags, matching any or all of them and excluding others, paste phone numbers, or import a CSV, TSV or Excel file. Duplicate numbers are removed, and local numbers get the country code you choose.
Personalize every message
Insert variables such as the customer’s name, phone number or company, or columns from your imported file, and set the text to use when a value is missing. Attach files, or start from a quick reply.
Rewrite it with AI
AI rewrite reworks your draft in the same language: friendlier, more professional, direct, conversational or enthusiastic, or simply shorter. Compare it with the original, then choose Use this version.
A pause between recipients
By default WAWin waits a random 6–10 seconds between recipients; you can set anything from 2 to 120 seconds. Progress and results stay in this Chrome profile, and a message whose result cannot be confirmed is never resent automatically.
Good to know
Keep WhatsApp Web open and online while a broadcast runs. Sending needs Pro or Team; on Free you can prepare drafts and preview them. Send only to customers who agreed to hear from you: broadcasts can get a WhatsApp account restricted or banned, and send intervals cannot prevent that.
