Schedule WhatsApp messages to send later
Write a message in a customer’s chat, pick a time, and WhatsApp Web on your computer sends it when the time comes.
Add to ChromeSchedule from the chat
Click Schedule send next to the message box, write your text, add files if you need them, and choose when to send. Images, videos, audio and documents follow the text as separate messages.
Decide what happens if it is late
If your computer is asleep or offline at the scheduled time, choose whether to skip the message or still send it within 30 minutes, 2 hours or 1 day.
Everything in one list
Scheduled messages in the WAWin menu shows what is waiting, what was sent and what needs attention. Send now, change the time or cancel from there.
Good to know
Scheduled messages need Pro or Team. They are sent from the computer where you created them, so Chrome must be running there with WhatsApp Web available; nothing is sent from the cloud. Each message goes to one private chat with a customer; use a broadcast to message many people. To change the text or files, cancel it and schedule it again.
