Free allowance belongs to you and is shared across your Free workspaces. Pro uses a workspace budget available only to the Owner; Team members share one budget. Allowances reset on the 1st at 00:00 UTC. Cached results and failed generations do not use allowance.
Count limits only prevent new configurations; existing items remain available to use, edit, delete and export. Customer count has no plan limit in this phase. Saved history remains accessible according to your role. Free can prepare and preview broadcast drafts. File size, type and storage checks still apply.

How does the Team trial work?
An eligible Owner of a Free workspace can start a 7-day Team trial in Console’s Plans & usage. It includes 3 seats (Owner included), with 100,000 translation characters, 50 rewrites and 200 AI Pilot replies shared per UTC calendar month, and a knowledge base of 10 Q&A sources, 100 documents and 1,000 passages. Each account and workspace can try once. When the trial ends, only the Owner retains access under Free; saved data is kept.
Can I start with the free plan?
Yes. Free includes customer tools, 20,000 translation characters, 20 rewrites and 30 AI Pilot replies per month, 10 quick replies, 5 custom fields and 1 shared view. AI Pilot automatic replies, broadcasts, scheduled messages, chat sync, history attachment uploads and integrations require Pro or Team.
How can I get Pro or Team?
An Owner can buy Pro or Team in Console, under Plans & usage: choose a plan (and the number of seats for Team) and pay on a Stripe page. The subscription is billed monthly in USD and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time on the Stripe billing page, and the plan stays active for the period you paid for.
