WhatsApp’s built-in export works one chat at a time from your phone. WAWin exports the chats your team syncs as a table you can filter and analyze.
Add to ChromeSync the chats that matter
Turn on chat sync for the chats you choose. Their messages are saved to your workspace while the chats are open, and attachments can be uploaded too.
Filter, then export
In Console’s chat history, filter by date and other conditions, then export one chat or every chat that matches. Choose XLSX, CSV or JSON; each row is one message, with the chat, customer, phone number, time, sender, direction and text.
Times use your workspace’s time zone. Exporting saved chats works on every plan, even after a downgrade.
Good to know
Only chats synced to WAWin can be exported, and only messages WhatsApp still provides can be synced, so this is not a complete backup. Owners and Admins can export. Attachments are listed by file name. An export holds up to 100,000 messages. Syncing new chats needs Pro or Team.
