How do I export chat history?

Owners and Admins can export synced chats from Console as CSV, XLSX or JSON, with one row per message.

1. In Console, open Chat history and filter the chats and dates you need.
2. Choose Export chat history, then this chat or all chats matching the current filters, and a format.

Only chats synced to WAWin are included. Attachments are listed by file name, without translations, and messages deleted for everyone have no content. An export holds up to 100,000 messages, fewer when messages are long or the format is XLSX.

Export works on every plan, including after a downgrade. Syncing new chats requires Pro or Team.
