Does turning off chat sync delete saved chats?

Help

No. It stops future syncing; data already saved remains in the workspace and accessible according to permissions. Check the workspace and authorization before enabling sync. Only messages and attachments available through WhatsApp can be synced, so this is not a complete or permanent chat backup.
