Will scheduled messages send when my computer is off?

No. A scheduled message is sent by WhatsApp Web on the computer where you created it, so Chrome must be running there with WhatsApp Web available. Sleep, an offline connection or a closed browser prevents sending. Scheduled messages are available on Pro and Team.

Scheduling a message

  1. In a private chat with a customer, click Schedule send next to the message box.
  2. Write the message and, if needed, Add files.
  3. Choose Send at, and what happens if it cannot be sent on time: Do not send it, or still send it within 30 minutes, 2 hours or 1 day.

If it was not sent

Open Scheduled messages in the WAWin menu to check the reason, then Send now or Change time. To change the text or files, cancel it and schedule a new one. Scheduled messages do not move to another computer.
