How do I send a broadcast?

Help

A broadcast sends the same message to many customers, one by one, from your WhatsApp Web, with a random pause between recipients.

  1. Click the broadcast icon in the chat list’s top bar, or open broadcasts from the WAWin menu, then choose New broadcast.
  2. Choose recipients: Tags (match Any tag or All tags, and optionally Exclude tags), Paste numbers (one per line), or Import file (CSV, TSV or Excel). Duplicate numbers are removed.
  3. Write the message. You can insert variables such as the customer’s name, use a quick reply, add attachments, or choose AI rewrite to rewrite it in another tone or make it shorter, then Use this version.
  4. Set the Send interval: 6–10 seconds by default, anywhere from 2 to 120 seconds.
  5. Choose Start sending to N customers, and keep WhatsApp Web open and online until it finishes.

Sending broadcasts requires Pro or Team; on Free you can prepare drafts and preview them. Tasks and results are saved only in this Chrome profile.

Send only to customers who agreed to hear from you. Broadcasts can get a WhatsApp account restricted or banned, and send intervals cannot prevent that.
