How do I invite team members?

Inviting members requires a Team plan. On Free, the Owner can start a 7-day Team trial with 3 seats.

1. In Console, open Plans & usage. On Free, the Owner can choose Start 7-day Team trial; each account can use the trial once.
2. Open Members and choose Invite member. Enter the email address and role. Admins can invite Members only.
3. The invitee accepts from the email. An invitation lasts 7 days, or until the Team plan ends if that is sooner.

Each pending invitation reserves a seat. Members use WAWin in WhatsApp Web; Console’s management pages are for Owners and Admins.
