When does my AI allowance reset?

Translation characters, AI rewrites and AI Pilot replies reset at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of every month.

On Free, the allowance belongs to you and is shared across your Free workspaces. On Pro and Team, the whole workspace shares it, and Team adds allowance for each seat. Upgrading raises this month’s limit without clearing what has been used.

Translation counts the characters of the original text; reusing a saved translation does not count. Each successful AI rewrite counts once, including rewriting again. Each AI Pilot decision counts once, including a decision not to reply. Failed or cancelled requests do not count.

A notice appears next to the action at 80%. When an allowance runs out, only that kind of generation pauses; saved translations, customer records and other features keep working. Check usage in Plans & usage in the WAWin menu or in Console.
