What if WAWin is missing or unresponsive?

If WAWin does not appear in WhatsApp Web or stops responding, check these in order before reinstalling anything.

  1. Check that the extension is enabled in Chrome.
  2. Refresh WhatsApp Web and wait until your chats have loaded.
  3. Check your connection, then open the WAWin menu to confirm that you are signed in and the right workspace is selected.
  4. Temporarily turn off other WhatsApp extensions to rule out a conflict.

Do not start by uninstalling: broadcast tasks and scheduled messages are stored only in this Chrome profile and are lost when you uninstall.

Reporting a problem

Include the extension and Chrome versions, the time, your steps and the error message. Hide customer details and chat content in screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes or API keys.
