How do I get started?

Install the WAWin extension in Chrome on a computer, connect it to your WAWin account, and use it inside WhatsApp Web.

1. Install the extension in Chrome on your computer. WAWin works in WhatsApp Web, not in the WhatsApp phone or desktop apps.
2. Open WhatsApp Web and scan the QR code with your phone to log in to WhatsApp. If WhatsApp Web was already open, refresh the page.
3. Click the WAWin icon in WhatsApp’s left sidebar and choose Sign in with WAWin Console. Sign in or register in the new tab; you return to WhatsApp once connected.
4. Check the workspace shown in the WAWin menu. Customers, tags and quick replies belong to that workspace.

Chat by number and the Reply status filter work without signing in to WAWin.
