How do I build an AI Pilot knowledge base?

AI Pilot answers from the Q&A, files and web pages you add to the knowledge base in Console.

  1. In Console, open Knowledge base.
  2. Choose New Q&A source to write questions and answers, Upload file to add PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD files, or Add web page for a page on a public website. WAWin can also read a web page’s subpages.
  3. For a file or web page, Make Q&A with AI turns its content into Q&A drafts. Check each answer, correct or delete the wrong ones, then enable them.
  4. Try questions in Preview before turning on Managed.

Questions to improve lists questions AI Pilot did not answer well, so you can turn them into Q&A. The number of Q&A sources, documents and passages depends on your plan.

Pages that show their text only after running scripts cannot be read. Upload the content as a file or write it as Q&A instead.
