How do follow-up reminders work?

Set a next follow-up on a customer record, and WAWin sends a browser notification when it is due.

  1. In the customer record, set Next follow-up. It uses your local time.
  2. When it is due, the assignee gets a browser notification, or every member if nobody is assigned.
  3. Open Follow-ups in the WAWin menu to open the chat, mark it Done, or Snooze it.

Chrome must be running to show notifications; WhatsApp Web does not need to be open. Each customer has one next follow-up.
